Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Tulip E-Commerce and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse performance.
  • Organize and manage the workflow of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff, recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff in their duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting expectations.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure that all warehouse activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked warehouse.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all stock is accurately tracked and managed.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
