Customs Manager

Job Summary:
Delmar International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customs Manager to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce brokerage team, you will be responsible for managing customs processes, ensuring efficient delivery of customs services to our clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop customs processes, service platforms, and productivity output
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures, tariffs, regulatory requirements, and profit & loss management
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve successful mandate completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and government authorities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in customs brokerage industry at a supervisory or management level
• College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field is preferred
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, regulatory requirements, profit & loss management, accounting, and CSA
• CCS, CTCS, LCB designations are preferred
• Experience in CargoWise One system or related windows-based brokerage systems is considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
