We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
- Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year.
