Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, book appointments, and schedule repairs.
  • Create estimates and invoices.
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
  • Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
  • Explain all work performed and charges.

Requirements

  • Great customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
  • Confidence using computer systems and scheduling tools.
  • Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
  • Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
