We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team at London Drugs. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on beauty products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, recommending products and services that meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the beauty team to achieve sales and marketing objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beauty products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in cosmetics and skincare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to effectively demonstrate products to clients.
  • Ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor, reflecting positively on the cosmetics department and overall London Drugs brand.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a makeup artist, cosmetician, or beauty advisor.
  • Education in aesthetics, makeup design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of retail merchandising and visual display principles.
