Mingo Farming is seeking a reliable and physically capable Agricultural Labourer to join our team. As an Agricultural Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop harvesting, including applying fertilizers, cutting agricultural crops, and examining products for quality and readiness for the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers to crops
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for the market
  • Perform greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Operate climate controls and mix and prepare soils
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
Work Environment:

As an Agricultural Labourer, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet and damp environments. You will also be exposed to odours and hot temperatures.

Requirements:
