About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our team at The Shoe Co. banner. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives, maintain open lines of communication, and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
