As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in growing our business in the Power, Renewable, and Diversified Energy sectors in Canada.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including EAs/EISs, permit applications, and associated management plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and preparing effective proposals.
- Lead and manage a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related field, with a Master's in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of power, renewable, and/or energy industry experience, with 5 years direct consulting experience in power, renewable, and/or energy.
- Well-developed team building and influencing skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience working with provincial and federal regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and the public, with a strong understanding of key drivers within the sector across multiple jurisdictions.
