Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our team at BRANRON HOLDING INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with a proven track record of successfully managing maintenance and repair operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of using good or services
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
  • Resolve product and service-related problems

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in facility management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance and repair operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
