Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our team at DNM Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing top-quality plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for diverse projects, ensuring every job exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Excellence: Perform top-quality plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for diverse projects, ensuring every job exceeds client expectations.
• Customer Focused: Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring no call-backs and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Work Independently: Handle service calls independently, travelling to multiple locations in a day to address a variety of plumbing issues.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Work alongside a dedicated, skilled team committed to delivering high-quality service.
• Safety First: Adhere to stringent safety standards and industry regulations.
• Client Interaction: Engage professionally with clients, providing clear, expert explanations of plumbing issues and solutions.
• Detailed Documentation: Maintain precise records of all work performed, materials used, and project details.
• Hands-On Assistance: Be prepared to get out of equipment and help with laboring when needed.
• On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Plumber certification.
• A valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal record check.
• Extensive experience in new renovations, and service plumbing.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and adaptability to various work environments.
• Ability to navigate electronic calendars, make notes, and bill at the door.
• Must have own basic tools.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, sun, humidity, and cold).
