Job Summary

TalentFinity is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports for each entity, including monthly financial reports and weekly occupancy reports.
    • Monitor and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including revenues and expenses.
    • Highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance.
  • Accounting and Finance Team Support
    • Assist with month-end close and prepare journal entries for areas of responsibility.
    • Review balance sheets for accuracy and prepare year-end audit schedules.
    • Provide backup duties for other Finance Team personnel.
  • Qualifications
    • 3+ years of working experience in financial reporting, accounting, and/or business analysis, ideally in the long-term care or related industry.
    • Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a pursuit of a CPA designation highly valued.
    • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
    • Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate and partner at every level of the organization.
Requirements
  • Full-time position
  • $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
  • Bonus pay

  • Flexible language requirement: French not required
  • Monday to Friday schedule
