Retail Store Team Lead

Brown Boys Customs is seeking a skilled Retail Store Team Lead to oversee the sales floor operations of our retail store. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance.
- Manage inventory, including organizing and maintaining stock levels.
- Authorize payments by cheque and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of retail operations and excellent leadership skills. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is a minimum requirement, and experience in a retail environment is considered an asset.
