Job Title: Janitor/Custodian - Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Custodian to join our team at Urban Manor Housing. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain all areas of the building, including hallways, floors, stairs, and common areas
* Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
* Empty trash and recycling bins

Work Environment:

* Urban area
* Commercial building
* Health care institution, facility or clinic

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
