Job Title: Arborist

HML Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Arborist to join our team. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and beauty of trees and other vegetation on our properties.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work as an Arborist. The successful candidate will have experience in tree care, pruning, and maintenance. If you are passionate about working outdoors and have a strong commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and plan tree care projects
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products
  • Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting with treatment solutions
  • Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease
  • Plant and move trees
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments
  • Manual dexterity and ability to distinguish between colors
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in various locations, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The work will involve standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
