Job Summary

The Toro Aluminum Service Technician is responsible for performing service work on window wall installations, troubleshooting issues, and installing windows and window components. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work at heights, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to various job sites daily to perform service work and troubleshoot issues
- Install and replace screens, and perform other duties as required
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including coworkers, customers, and contractors
- Work collaboratively with the Service Coordinator to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using various power tools and working at heights
- Good communication skills and ability to work flexible hours
- Swing stage and suspended access certification is an asset
