Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Manitoba Ltd. O/A Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Manage Inventory: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit accurate reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staff.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
