Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at GRD CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and establishing methods to meet work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure projects have the necessary resources.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure they are completed to a high standard.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week.
