At Seasons Retirement Communities, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Caregiver.

Job Summary

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and service to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, as well as assisting with daily activities and events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom
  • Participate in events and activities, such as exercise classes, games, and social events
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible care and service for our residents

Requirements

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
  • Experience working in a healthcare or hospitality environment is an asset
  • Empathy for and understanding of the needs of older adults and/or disabled individuals
  • Ability to plan, organize, and support the delivery of diverse services and special events
  • Successful completion of CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
  • Successful completion of Safe Food Handler's certification (if applicable)
  • Successful completion of Smart Serve/ProServe certification (Ontario/Alberta, for management roles)
  • A positive attitude
