The LFL Group is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to service the Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario market. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual with excellent B2B relationship skills and a strong ability to develop sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial market share growth through active solicitation, customer sales presentations, and closing
  • Meet targets and performance plans in cooperation with the Director of Sales
  • Utilize Salesforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotes
  • Analyze sales data for the market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is a strong asset, but more importantly, we are looking for a team player with an outgoing personality
  • Able to work independently and manage their own accounts
  • Strong organizational qualities and time management skills
