About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Oyster Harbour Senior Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Immunization records.
  • Tuberculosis test.
