Key Responsibilities- Implement environmental compliance programs, process control programs, and health and safety requirements for water and wastewater treatment processes in the Northeastern Region.
- Analyze data, monitor local performance against legal requirements and corporate goals, and resolve compliance issues.
- Conduct internal audits, respond to findings, participate in inspections, and make recommendations to assigned facilities.
- Provide technical compliance advice to internal and external contacts and facilitate in-house training to operations staff.
- Prepare written technical letters, reports, procedures, and other documents.
- Class 3 certification in Water Treatment and Class 3 in Wastewater Treatment.
- Post-secondary education in an environmental discipline or field knowledge.
- Valid Class G driver's license.
- Bilingual in English and French language.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of database functions and maintenance programs.
