Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bureau Chief to join our team at Ancaster Endoscopy Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other support staff.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  3. Oversee the budget and financial management of the healthcare department.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the department remains current and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
