About the Role

This temporary full-time contract position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Client Access Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing front reception duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail distribution
  • Providing administrative support to our staff including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and performing data entry tasks
  • Coordinating appointment schedules and interview rooms
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail dropped off at the main counter and drop-off area
Qualifications
  • Diploma in business or accounting (minimum 2 years)
  • One to two years related work experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Strong knowledge of County customer service standards and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation/policy/procedures
  • High degree of proficiency with Windows programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • General working knowledge of departmental databases
