At One Plant Ingersoll, we're seeking a seasoned Retail Cannabis Manager to spearhead our store's operations in the Ingersoll area. This dynamic leader will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for an accomplished retail professional with 2 years of experience in managing a team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for cannabis knowledge or a willingness to learn.

  • Develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Lead a high-performing team by providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to the Cannabis Act, Cannabis Control and Licensing Act, and Employment Standards Act.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management, schedule effectively, and optimize labor costs to maximize profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to foster a positive reputation for One Plant Ingersoll.

Requirements:
