About the Job

Vintage Brick & Stone Inc is seeking a skilled Mason's Helper to join our team. As a Mason's Helper, you will assist experienced masons in various construction projects, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as directed by senior staff.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced masons.
  • Assist medical examiners as needed.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment.
