We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at 8788995 Canada Inc. as a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Accessibility and Diversity: Provide physical accessibility accommodations and participate in initiatives that support diversity and inclusion, such as programs for newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
