Job Summary:

Sebastian Tae-Jong Jung Inc. and Sam (Sang-Kon) Lee, Inc. dba LeeJung LLP is a reputable accounting firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Technician to join our team. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial records and managing various accounts for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  2. Account Management: Manage and reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and loan accounts.
  3. Payroll and Expenses: Compute and process payroll, utility bills, taxes, and other expenses for our clients.
  4. Financial Reporting: Reconcile accounts and generate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  5. Journal Entries and Trial Balances: Record journal entries, create trial balances, and manage general ledgers to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  6. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns and other governmental paperwork for our clients.
  7. Financial Analysis: Compile and generate various statistical, financial, and accounting reports to help our clients make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.
  2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
