Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and guidance on projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and maintain technical standards and procedures, ensuring that they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that they are completed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring that projects meet the required standards and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate the work of engineers and technicians, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- P.Eng. Status with appropriate provincial association.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to represent the company to clients and stakeholders.
- Application knowledge of company systems and programs.
