We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our manufacturing plant in the Eastern Townships. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with our company's overall strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, sales, marketing, accounting, human resources, and labor relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Lead a team of highly motivated and qualified professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Represent the company at conferences, business meetings, and other corporate events.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- University degree in engineering or business administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic management position.
- Strong background in managing labor relations in a union environment.
- Bilingual (English and French).
