Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers, guiding them through the hearing care process and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Prepare Hearing Care Professionals for customer appointments by communicating relevant customer information.
  • Convert outbound and inbound calls into appointments and drive marketing campaigns by managing callback and lead lists.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and financial records.
  • Process payments, create invoices, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and efficient clinic culture that meets company standards.

Requirements
