Job Summary:
Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services of Mississauga East is seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Removal Specialist to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a key member of our ice and snow team, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing and de-icing commercial, institutional, and industrial properties in the west Mississauga and Milton area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snow blowers and other hand tools to clear snow from paved surfaces
• Lift and spread de-icing products weighing over 50 pounds
• Assist team leaders in completing assigned tasks as necessary
• Work evening to late night shifts, extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required
• Respond to weather events at any time of day or night
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:
• Previous snow removal experience is an asset
• Ability to work on-call and be available 24/7
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to work at heights (if applicable)
