We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at RhynoCare in the Huntsville area.

Job Summary:
- To provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician orders, and within the scope of practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Utilize sound nursing principles to ensure excellent care and personal attention in the assigned areas.
- Ensure timely admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers/discharges.
Responsibilities:
- Nursing Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.
- Maintenance of Safe Environment: Ensure the safe storage and dispensation of medications, narcotics, and other substances.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively and compassionately with others.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, including the Long Term Care Act, Program Standards for Long Term Care, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Medical clearance, including TB tests, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, Adult Abuse Registry Check, and a clear Criminal Record check.
- Proof of vaccination, adherence to COVID-19 prevention protocols, and wearing a mask at all times.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
