About the Role

As a Personal Caregiver with Bayshore HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong desire to help others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to have a reliable mode of transportation and a clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
