Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments and tickets to producers.
  • Verify invoices received and process payments for freight.
  • Monitor customer invoices and accounts.
  • Prepare and assist with month-end reports and journal entries.
  • Verify, research, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide quality service to internal and external customers.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years' relevant experience considered an asset.
