Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Johnson Service Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage client expectations and communicate project status effectively
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company resources
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Provide technical and business consultation to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a B2B solutions delivery environment
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with complex resources and budgets
  • Strong technical and business skills, with experience in cloud solutions and project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Six-Sigma process or similar methodologies
  • Experience working with supply chain business processes
  • Fluent with Microsoft Project and project task planning and dependencies
