We are seeking a highly skilled US Tax Specialist to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and preparing tax returns, as well as providing tax advice and support on business transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing U.S. tax provisions and analysis under IFRS for financial reporting purposes.
- Developing and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax positions.
- Providing U.S. tax advice and support with business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and domestic or cross-border financing.
- Monitoring and analyzing changes in tax legislation.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
