Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Associate to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a key member of our employment law firm, you will be responsible for conducting research, drafting legal documents, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing them at all stages of litigation.


Your New Role
  • Handle multiple files through the litigation process independently and as a part of an experienced team.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
  • Represent clients in proceedings, including mediations, examinations, pre-trial, and trials.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
  • Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop legal strategies.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' post-call experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in employment law and/or litigation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with appropriate mentorship.
