Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at BBZ Building Supplier Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members.
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the team.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
