We are seeking an experienced Principal, Interior Design to join our team at DMC Recruitment Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of interior designers, developing and implementing design strategies, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-end interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers to deliver high-quality design projects
• Develop and implement design strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
• Manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design outcomes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of delivering high-end interior design projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team
• Proficiency in technical programs such as Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and REVIT
• Strong understanding of design principles, including spatial planning, materials, and finishes
