Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Bikini Village Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in our store located at Mayfair Shopping Centre.

You will work closely with our management team to maximize sales potential and create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience an asset

Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome
  • Help customers find everything they're looking for
  • Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals
  • Manage the sales floor when managers aren't present
  • Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor
  • Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness
  • Be on the lookout for new products to share with customers
  • Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions
  • Respect and apply company policies and procedures
