Job Summary

Leuschen Transportation is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, while ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures
  • Complete logbooks and reports
  • Communicate with passengers, dispatchers or other drivers using two-way radio systems
  • Ensure children's safety when boarding and leaving buses and crossing street while bus is stopped
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
Requirements
  • Driver's License
  • Criminal record check
  • Medical exam
  • Driver's abstract
  • Valid driver's licence
Work Environment

As a Bus Driver, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions quickly in emergency situations.
