Job Title: Equipment and Asset Management Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment and Asset Management Head to join our team at Mevbuilt Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of our heavy construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assign tasks to the service team to maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance service of heavy construction equipment.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of the service team personnel.
  • Responsible for heavy equipment such as mobilization, installation, dismantle, demobilization planning and implementation.
  • Responsible for heavy equipment operators and other personnel management.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment ensure safety standard is in compliance to OSHC standard and other legal requirement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse department for the heavy equipment spare part management.
  • Ensure high utilization level of inventory and spare parts.
  • Plan, formulate and implement workflow and system that improve the management and efficiency of heavy equipment.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Civil (Site Development) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Basic Troubleshooting, Equipment Maintenance
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with equipment, tools and materials in construction industry.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory systems.
  • Skilled negotiator.
