Job Title: Information Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team at ONIKON Creative Alberta Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our information systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Assign and coordinate IT projects, including the management of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring compliance with software and hardware requirements
  • Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong technical skills, including computer programming, data processing, and database management
