Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team at CLC Building Solutions Inc.
Job SummaryThe Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and performing various tasks related to excavation and construction.
Key Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, to perform excavation and construction tasks.
- Clean and lubricate equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
- Measure distance, volume, length, and weight to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Operate computer-controlled equipment to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Complete onboard and other logs to track progress and maintain records.
- Prepare accident reports to ensure safety and compliance.
- Secure special attachments to equipment to prevent damage and ensure safe operation.
- Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment to stay in touch with team members.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuity.
- Operate hydraulic pumping systems to power equipment and perform tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision.
The Excavator Operator will work in a fast-paced environment with varying locations, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
