About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jim's Pizzeria and Spaghetti House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Staff Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
  • Operational Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
