Food Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Production Supervisor to join our team at Galati Cheese Company Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our high-quality dairy products.
Key Responsibilities- Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions, to support the growth and development of our team.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our production team, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other departments, coordinating work activities and ensuring seamless communication.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to production.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English or French.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
