This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading outdoor retailer and take on a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big box retail management, with experience in managing teams and driving business results.

The General Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies to maximize store efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities. This includes managing fixed assets, developing policies and procedures, and maintaining good communication with the retail management team and corporate partners.

The role also requires strong financial management skills, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements, as well as excellent leadership and management skills to recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, discipline, and develop staff.
