About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team at Ubiq Broadcasting Corp. as a key member of our creative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Creative Team: Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content.
  • Project Planning: Estimate and plan the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Visual Storytelling: Adapt existing illustrations and develop new ones to bring stories to life, working closely with clients to understand their communications needs.
  • Storyboard Development: Assist in creating storyboards for multimedia, interactive, and digital productions, including television advertising and productions.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring they meet their communications objectives.
  • Design and Production: Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, as well as 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Client Communication: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Visual Effect Determination: Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
  • Graphic Element Development: Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Guidelines and Protocols: Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Pre-Production: Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, utilizing existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure the effectiveness of visual content.
About the Team

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Ubiq Broadcasting Corp., you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on a variety of projects, from animation and visual effects to interactive and digital productions.

Requirements
  • Leadership and Team Management: 1-2 years of experience in supervising a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Unreal Engine.
  • Production Art: Experience in animation, visual effects, and production art.
