Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and develop a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Establish and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
