Radiation Therapist

Groves Memorial Community Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiation Technologist to join our team in the Diagnostic Imaging Department. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in medical radiation technology and excellent communication skills.

This is a casual, cross-site position available at Groves Memorial Community Hospital. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing quality patient care and ensuring accurate diagnoses.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
• Develop and implement effective procedures to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient data

• Certificate of registration with CMRITO
• Membership with CAMRT and OAMRT an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Satisfactory performance and attendance required
• Satisfactory reference checks prior to start date
• Police vulnerable sector check required
• Pre-employment health assessment must be completed prior to hiring

$43.00 per hour
